Registration for FSTTCS 2011

Online registration for FSTTCS 2011 is open. Early-bird registration is now closed.

Please read the following instructions carefully before registering.

  1. There are five categories of registration: non-student in Indian university, student in Indian university, non-student in non-Indian university, student in non-Indian university and everybody else. The first and third categories are indicated simply as "Indian University" and "Non-Indian University" in the registration form. Please choose the category that applies to you. If you are a member of IARCS , please indicate this while registering to avail special discounts.
  2. Registration fees for different categories are as follows:
    Early bird (upto Nov 15, 2011) Late registration (from Nov 16, 2011) IARCS member discount

  3. The email address that you provide during registration will be used for all subsequent communication with you. For example, updates regarding your registration/payment status or accommodation request (if applicable) will be sent to this email address.
  4. Accommodation provided by the conference is now sold out.
  5. Registrations for the pre-conference workshop on Finite and Algorithmic Model Theory and for the post-conference workshop on Breakthroughs in Theoretical Computer Science are now closed. Fresh registrations are being accepted at this time only for the main conference.
  6. Registration fees can be paid in one of several ways.
    • Debit/credit card or electronic funds transfer through netbanking: This is the preferred mode of payment of registration fees. However, an additional "bank transaction fee" (roughly 4% of the transaction amount) is charged by the bank for every such transaction. This amount will be added to your registration fees.

      Please note that as per recent Reserve Bank of India guidelines, online transactions in India using credit cards require an additional level of authentication through Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code . It is therefore necessary for your credit card to be registered with Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code before you can use it to pay FSTTCS 2011 registration fees.

    • Demand draft/Banker's cheque: You must obtain a demand draft or banker's cheque for the registration fees applicable to you, drawn in favour of "FSTTCS 2011" and payable at a bank in Mumbai, India. We cannot accept demand drafts/banker's cheques payable at banks outside Mumbai. Please write your name and email address (as they appear in the online registration form) on the reverse side of the demand draft/banker's cheque. You must indicate the demand draft/banker's cheque number, date of issue and the issuing bank's name and branch details in the online registration form. The demand draft/banker's cheque must be sent by courier/mail to the following address, so that it reaches before the deadline (early or late), based on which your registration fee was computed in the online registration form.

      Your registration can be confirmed only after we receive your demand draft or banker's cheque.

    • Wire transfer: Details of beneficiary bank account and SWIFT/RTGS/NEFT/IFSC code of the destination bank will be displayed when Swift/Wire Transfer is selected in Step 4 (Confirm and Pay) of the online registration form. Please complete wire transfer of your registration fees first, and then fill in details about the transaction (including transaction number) as requested in the online registration form. Please indicate your name and "FSTTCS 2011 registration fees" in the space for "Narration" or "Remarks" in your bank's wire transfer form.

      You must send a scanned copy or soft-copy of the wire transfer report generated by your bank to both fsttcs11@cfdvs.iitb.ac.in and info@dreamztravel.net, to help us confirm receipt of the transferred amount.

      Your registration can be confirmed only after we receive confirmation from the destination bank about your wire transfer.
